Be constructive, critical.
Develop broadly. Take up any roles, anytime. Explore. You don't really have a job scope being a free agent. It will be up to the community to determine your trustworthiness and competency. Check this out for ideas on community functions or roles that you can assume.
Develop deeply. Depending on your state of being, seek to identify, focus, and spend some time fulfilling the different levels of Maslow's hierarchy of motivations.
Become superhuman by understanding Flow.
Study about the many different cryptocurrencies out there. If you're just getting started: only invest disposable time, effort, and income.
Try not to be a dick.

There should be some software helping with keeping scores. Tracking goals. Um, and progress. And flashing/beeping whenever point 8 is triggered (that would take some AI component)... I guess there are plenty of systems helping with all that, but... something specific people could recommend? Out of curiosity?

About the roadmap, I haven't seen it before. I concentrated on blogging stuff out of my systems - bits and pieces of philosophy and everything else that I could clarify and think through only by writing them down. When it's done I'll look for new challenges :)
I see - have a read! But it's probably better to focus on the blogging since Steemit's development is pretty much not in our control (but we can still give feedbacks, suggestions, etc.. )

Rarely get into that state, but it feels awesome whenever I manage it :)
Probably you'll reach it with time and experience :) I definitely need to work on that one. I can easily enter in "the zone" when I'm on Steemit...but I ask myself: " will it last?" Hope so and that I'll bring this "flow" to other daily tasks :)

Excellent guide for everybody and for guilds and curators.
Empowerment and engagement are word keys for real learning about reality and group consensus in a myriad of autonomic small communities with one goal.
A simple post that surely took the same or more time than to make an essay :)
