आजादी के बाद पहली बार खादी पर लगा टैक्स
एक तरफ देश चंपारण सत्याग्रह शताब्दी वर्ष बना रहा है, तो दूसरी तरफ गांधीजी की खादी पर टैक्स लगा दिया गया है.
आजादी के बाद पहली बार खादी पर जीएसटी के रूप में टैक्स लगाया गया है,
इससे बुनकर और खादी पहनने वाले परेशान है, बुनकरों को ना तो कच्चा माल मिल पा रहा है और ना ही उनके कपड़े बाजार में जा रहे हैं.
5 से 12 परसेंट तक टैक्स : 
जीएसटी लागू होने के बाद मौर्या लोक इस्थित खादी की दुकानों में ग्राहक दाम सुनते ही चले जाते हैं
