Booty Transformation!
This is my 10 month transformation! I have put in a lot of work to grow my glutes. I work my legs out two - three times a week.
during the building process I lifted heavy weight. doing air squats and cardio will not enhance your glutes. I also ate a lot, about 3000-4000 calories a day. I needed to eat enough carbs for energy and enough protein for building. There are many different types of work outs. I like to do hip thrust, squats, stiff leg dead lifts kick backs and many more. Doing these thing enhanced my lower body.
I can not wait to see where my progress will be in the next year !

Good work. I know some times is hard to really obtain or even see some results when you're training, but at the end everything starts to pay, doesn't it? I'm myself lost 20 kg last year, and now I'm trying to be a little more fit, and gain some muscle to be a better runner. Keep the good work. Greetings from Mexico.

Good work! The interesting thing about training is the diversity of goals you can attain.
I do deadlifts with heavy weight and climb on sport climbing walls for mountaineering fitness. I kind of wish I could get the strength without more bulk because in climbing you have to pull all that up...
you should definitely make a video on mountaineering fitness i never herd of it sounds awesome!
