With the days going by ever quickly, and with the need for more people to know about steemit, I present my progress status so far on the Steemit In Nigeria (S.I.N.) conference and party.

Like the saying goes, the show must go on.....we have tried our best to cover grounds and ensure all eventualities are taken care of.

• We have scaled the event down to a manageable budget should in case the original budget become an impossibility.
• I have gotten across to my elder brother @leczy, whom I introduced to steemit, and happens to be working on getting our website for my start-up, up and running.
  He happens to be a masters degree student and a brilliant programmer, graphic designer and app developer also, although it took a lot of convincing, as he is trying to build a search engine that will rival that of google's. I finally got him on the platform. By the time the site will be ready, we will advertize steemit as a whole on the site.
• I have gotten the hype men ready for the event and steemit, to be coordinated by @mediahousent (Sam), my very good friend.
• Our fliers and handbills will soon be ready, as the designs for advert handbills are being worked on by @destinysaid and @leczy.
• Our video graphic works for the event and steemit in general is being done by @destinysaid as we speak.
• The planning committee on flaw detection and correction which specializes in foreseeing possible future errors and fixing them before it happens or looking for alternatives will be spearheaded by @ehiboss, it will also include the services of @illuminatus.
• The united steemit bloggers team which will advertise on several blogs accross Nigeria (with proof) hopefully, will be coordinated by @ehiboss.
• We will also include a charity give away for the less privileged,possibly weeks before the main event to show them steemit is all about love.
• We have booked an emergency stand-by, plan B venue in Osun State, should the need arise.
• The event has gotten a lot of thumbs up from top steemians and some offering support, although we have refused to collect anything from anybody till we commence fully this month as scheduled.
• @ogoowinner is willing to help out with publicity in the Eastern states of Nigeria for steemit and the event.
• Am still in talks with @fisteganos, to try and see the possibility of him not only joining us, but merging his programme with ours and so far we are going well.
