Teens and Young Adults growing up with the Internet as a standard thing.

I came across this quote by Leo Tolstoy and I found it to be very intriging. I know teens and young adults feels as if they "know" a lot about the world at their age and I know they have access to the internet for research that some of us from our 40's and up didn't have during our younger years. I wonder if these new youngster don't do proper research on a topic when on the internet jades them even more. When older people try to educated them on things.
