Arikado gridcoin pool updates

I've added balance estimation to the pool. It is experimental feature now, but should match your rewards when stake happens.

Estimation updates once a hour. Byteball and othes trird party rewards is not considering yet.

Changing billing mechanism of working pool is not an easy thing, please be patient. It looks like one string to you, but it requires ~150 strings of code and 10 new columns in database. Github updates soon.

If estimation matches next stakes (it should, if I didn't do errors), it become official balance, and you can withdraw your coins independedly from pool stakes.

Also pool now support German language, thanks for theissen from slack.
