Besides the reference issues, can you please ensure your article has correct information otherwise you will only confuse new users.
For example:
Step 1. Do a Gridcoin wallet and save wallet.dar and the .conf file on an external usb.
should be wallet.dat
and
Also select everything but “No CPU” since you want to run only CPU tasks.
should be "No GPU"
