I think I say this a lot to new members of Steemit, but here goes again.
Do not beg for, or try to exchange, follows or upvotes like this. Not only will you get flagged and lose reputation, but anyone that does follow you as a result is unlikely to add much value to you or the community.
Try and write some quality articles, and you will find people will follow you naturally for your content. Those followers are valuable, because they appreciate your work.
