Update

There have been two suggestions on the main discussion thread that will be integrated into the paper.

The first is an error in the graph in the economics section where undefined terms are used in the key.

The second has to do with detailing the importance of the economic decisions made during the CBR implementation process.

I have not had the time to implement either of these changes yet, but I will.

There have also been a few points raised and responded to on the reddit and steemit threads.

Any input on the points already raised or anything new is always appreciated!
