new release: Gridcoin version 3.5.9.9 (leisure, not mandatory)

           Gridcoin version 3.5.9.9 is available!  

Keep in mind:

• before you upgrade, make a !backup

For Windows users specifically:                    

• the new Windows installer 3.5.9.9 is soon downloadable from here,
• or you can update from within your Windows client

All other users (Linux, Mac, ...):                    

• can find the source code here, OR: 
• upgrade from their used location (e.g. package managers, once the   responsible person for those package managers made the new version  available)

• Dependencies: OpenSSL 1.1.0 support, C++11 support
• Buffer overflow protection
• High CPU Usage: Improved
• Thread Safety: Added global lock
• Staking: Removed repetetive block signing and 1 cent staking and reboot bug for beacons, updated beacons in memory after advertising,  clearer stake messages, kernel improvements
• Neural Network: UTC timestamps
• ARM: Optimization to build
• RPC: getblockstats, enhancements to getmininginfo, remove unused commands, add debug1-10 commands
• GUI: Prevent crash recv items list, toolbar align, remove unused  menus, fix splash screen dismissal bug, allow copy paste for certain  fields, TxList double click Message, remove Galaza, diagnostic screen  fix, QT58 support, icons
• Translations: Lithuanian, Russian, Swedish and Chinese and various other Countries
• Remove dead code
• Log: Use more efficient log command
• Config File: Auto Backup

Keep in mind this is NOT a mandatory (Windows AND Linux, etc...) release:      

• the last "real mandatory" was: version 3.5.8.8 (released on 2017 April 2)
• but... as always it helps us a lot when you run this version
