Gridcoin pools (2017 July)

Here are the magnitudes/user numbers of known Gridcoin pools (can e.g. compared with here):  

• grcpool: 36834 mag (pool1: 22667, pool2: 14167)  
  • number of hosts with RAC: about 15000, and
  • there is about 3100 members
• pool.gridcoin.co: 4784 mag  
  • 807 users with magnitude >1
• suchflex: 0 (did stop offering Gridcoin pool services in 2016 November, listen here)

e.g. boincstats lists 2900 active solo miners (including above pools) and 34700 devices/PCs.

There is work in progress to release a Gridcoin pool software completely opensource (which is used for grcpool):  

• 100k GRC bounty -> make a secure and opensourced Gridcoin pool
