nice! I personally have a ryzen 1700 and it is beastly at multitasking. Just be careful not to heat it to much when(if) you overclock it.
Yes, ram bandwith is also a concern, my idea is to get 4 4GB modules eventually, but its just too expensive atm.
There are only two channels, so you won't see improvement from 4 modules. Evenso, the more "ranks" you install, the lower the max frequency will be.
