Hangout expense poll

I submitted an expense to reimburse the last 15 Gridcoin community hangouts, but I've ran into a glitch which prevents showing the full details within the client.

The latest expense attempt was for #001-015, $1200 in GRC (approx: 266,312)

TL;DR: Created 5 different expenses to try get around the glitch, now we have to vote on one/all of them (lol).

    Exact expense description

    There have been 15 Gridcoin Community Hangouts now, each lasting anywhere from 1-3 hours.

    We usually have 10 users in attendance, and we talk about Gridcoin, BOINC, Cryptocurrency, plans and news in a very transparent manner.
    If we could distribute GRC to our attendees then we may see worldwide attendance surge significantly (which will be great for productivity and the community).

    Intended distribution is still to be fully ironed out but will cover costs (soundcloud subscription) and work (editing 3hrs+ audio per week is a lot of work) as well as primarily reward users for talking/participation.

    This expense is for episodes 001-015 (Approx 30hrs of edited Gridcoin/BOINC content!)

    The requested GRC quantity is $1200, at the time of submission (7th nov 2016) 1 GRC is $0.004464 so 1200/0.004464 = 268817.2043010753 GRC
