Or, you can update Windows Qt client by simply selecting Upgrade QT Client -> Upgrade client

At this time the in-wallet upgrader is not working. Please use another method (such as downloading the msi installer) for the time being.

Additionally I would like to point out that @bullshark did not contribute to this release.

    i thought that was just for version 3.6.3.0 -> 3.7.0.0. thought it was fixed in 3.7.0.0. my bad. :) i dunno how the update works... and thank you for clarifying. fresh installs ftw, anyway.
