Slight but important correction:
To run a masternode (I think misleading ‘neural network’ term should be dropped for something else) you would need to invest 40 000 GRC for a ‘lease’.
To run a masternode you need to invest 400,000 GRC for a lease. Yes, 400k.
At current market prices this is $17,200
