New BOINC version 7.8.2 released

This marks the first major release for the BOINC client since December 8, 2016, when version 7.6.33 was released.

Changelog is currently pending, but I will update this post when it becomes available.

Here is a very rough changelog.

    I posted it as a rough changelog. I was kinda hoping we'd see a more polished simplified changelog from BOINC. We shall see.
