The Steemit platform is an absolute dynamic, roller-coaster, perpetual video game style white knuckle thrill ride that has monopolized (pardon the pun) a lot of my leisure time as I am sure there are some that would agree it has done the same for you. As you have been on here I am sure you are like everyone else, looking for any competitive advantage possible to aid in the quickness in growth of your profile status. But as I you have found, or will find there aren’t many shortcuts, just savvy moves that the community clues you in on and fishing them out the clues from the fluff is sometimes a herculean task.

These are organic efforts in mutually beneficial efforts that make just about any economy really go and
enrich the participants. In a stroke of luck and fortune for me I have found a very steady, but relentlessly driving base of people. As you must be seeing, the bid bots are really beginning to turn into promotional tools, and really not much for smaller status people on the platform, as they are an expense very much so than an investment quite often. Me personally I have always preferred to gamble on myself on the pursuits and interests that are personally enriching. The Steemit community is beginning to show its mutual feeling in that respect growing with me as I help my fellow Steemians who in my opinion are undervalued in their posts, as well as those that are brand new to the platform and looking to “run through walls” in their efforts to get noticed trending their efforts into getting rolling forward.

I view my vote on here as a portfolio, a pie graph if you will. I like the idea of using my vote as efficiently as possible, voting at the right times to maximize curation for the “heavier hitters” that are involved all the way across the board to the brand new minnow with their head on a swivel observing what is going on and unsure of themselves right away. Ideally since this curation is very carefully weighted to prevent abuse from over posting, the most possible fairest paybacks in votes to those that have a higher level of steem power than others, it is quite a balancing act, one that I have had the pleasure of working with the utmost curiosity and care in the past few weeks since starting this trail.

This where the SteemAuto curation trail feature has been such a nice tool for me to aid in that organic process. By finding fellow steemians that appear to meet the above criteria for sure, or really anyone at all that enjoys using their vote more efficiently and getting themselves positioned to grow by doing what’s both wise and truthful to themselves the growth of their future is clinched in joining this ongoing growing community that my fellow steemians have joined me in as the cryptkeeper17 curation trail on SteemAuto. Combining the efforts of so many is not an easy venture though, as many of you likely notice there needs to be an accounting (especially) as the numbers rise in these trails so people need to be aware and very careful what trail they join and what they wind getting out of it on their end.

But back the voting portfolio comment, you have a definite weapon in your vote on this platform. It’s what
drives the ongoing growth and improvement of the platform, regardless of vote value all input into platforms carries a value in how this moves forward, and maintaining that value by voting only the very best
content/people on here is what helps ensure that. This also applies to your SteemBasedDollar/SteemPower earnings over your time on here. So if you are losing money on something that is losing money for you why
not turn that into steempower and take advantage of having an elevated status, gaining additional support from those who take part in your development. This has become my strategy, I will flatly lay it on the line, acquiring more steem through purchasing delegations from @blocktrades or @minnowbooster has become my new obsession. I personally would rather lease power and subsidize the ongoing costs if need by wish a purchase of steem outside with U.S. Dollars. If you are long for the platform it may be very wise in your situation to consider. I have read and discussed this topic with many people on here I highly trust and have decided this is for me, I would recommend you do the same level investigating the idea to see if it’s ideal for you.

The article title refers to “Bond Market,” as in the ongoing perpetual growth within this group, organically that does not show massive immediate gains, but secures you a great basis of people to start, but also allows you the freedom of being able to pursue other ambitions on the platform without having your entire vote value tied down to just one small group. Your ongoing growth in efforts in posting, commenting, and development of new ideas within the platform grows the pie and future for all of us. So yes I do take a full stake in ownership in each person that joins this curation trail, and to some degree every user on steemit.

First, all members that are active based on a few criteria: they have kept their voting power at a certain level (ideally, newbies I am talking to you, it’s ideal to have your voting power to recover to 100% after every day you on Steemit) and they show a fairly stable voting tendency, meaning they don’t vote twenty times a day at 100% or anything like that. Also, they show sincere quantity of posts per week. I base the average ideal weighting at one per day, no more than seven per week. I don’t tell people what to do, but the weighting of their vote from the group is affected by posting more than one article per day and carefully calculated.

I have definitely noticed a lot of these are thrown together with certain settings for each individual user, which is more than fine and that requires a great deal of oversight by the trail leader/originator. You must pay attention to the vote values that are rendered and adjust accordingly. In a basic layout of what I am doing in this cryptkeeper17 steem auto curation trail I will narrate to you the important steps in my opinion that ensures that you trail is fair by proper weighting. A portion of my philosophy in this trail has come from the work by @josephsavage the head @steembasicincome, a very revolutionary program I would advise any steemian to participate in that is a stellar way to grow this platform organically with a nice little floor payout per post at an ongoing (lifetime) period for the member.

When you have this figured out the level of weighting for the given poster (1-100%), you being the curation leader will need to inform them of going to their fan base on SteemAuto and make sure they upvote the organizational/group posts within Steemit prior to the cryptkeeper17 curation trial, because if you have a weighted following as your setting when you start, then that person may vote say 10% on the Qurator posting for the day and effect their standing with group or payout level because they did not upvote the Qurator post at 100%, which they require to move through their tier system. Also with steembasicincome, each individual that belongs to these groups will want to upvote this prior to the time the cryptkeeper17 curation trial votes, as they may have this trial weighted at less than 100%.

The effects from people setting these up carefully and compatible with other trails is that they have now become compatible with one another. You can “cross the streams” (GhostBusters quote, but this one can be very positive and rewarding though). You literally could see 100 vote posts, maybe not initially for whopping amounts of SBD value, but you can go through those that cast you a vote and introduce yourself to them, check out their posts, maybe float them a vote, or a little bot upvote, something like that. It builds a network for people without having to search through every single post on the platform, which is efficient and less time consuming in my opinion. An unintended effect as well is people that can branch out, form their own trails, determine the destiny of their fellow friends and colleagues on Steemit. A web of curation trails could form and as long as they are done with careful oversight with the focus on the values above it will be hard to screw that up. If you are chasing numbers and maintain poor communication then you will definitely screw it up for you and your friends which is clearly a very bad deal. Most desirous of all incomes though is that real, cohesive bonds can be formed over time, rendering last year’s number of 89% of accounts that were started 2017 making more than 30 posts. Almost a 90% room for improvement in utilization rate for account usage on the platform. So as great as things are now, just wait, they can only get much much more postitive!

I would like to specially thank witness @mahdiyari for his excellent work on SteemAuto, he is an excellent app creator, the platform is very fortunate to have him working with us. It would be great if you would show him your appreciation and follow this link and vote him for witness so that we may retain him for ongoing excellent efforts like this!

I would highly recommend you visit @qurator, as well as @steembasicincome and look into getting memberships with each of them. For the newbie the prices may seem a little high, but they are worth it. Again if you aspire to be long for the platform it is very nice to have that base vote support each time you post.

There are also so many great hash tags and users you should visit with in time of growing on the platform here is a quick rundown:

@davemccoy The “mayor” as I like to call him, a very nice individual who is innovating daily programs on the platform that you will eventually see implemented by everyone else, so you may as well see what he’s up to right now and get in on the ground floor!
@greetersguild This is brand new ran day to day by friends @terminallyill and @markkennard, and their growing army of spectacular minions they have employed (you may want to ask them about how to join that by the way) they are doing great things helping those that have just started through networking and education in speeding up their learning curve. Again, stellar individuals surrounded by an organically sustainable community of fellow friends of all walks of life, truly remarkable!
@newbieresteemday The “genesis” of so many programs that some of the above people have concentrated their efforts in building an ongoing community of newbie support that has been outrageously successful in just a few months in operation.
@newbiegames Another great platform designed for the building and support of newbies that enter the platform and can help become successful in a more quick manner, with some real cool ideas for games of all type of Steemian!
@q-filter A concentrated high end, content driven hash tag that has been developed by @greer184 (and friends) that is highly technical focused on solutions to perceived problems all things steemit and beyond. Great hash tag I’d give all the authors a read you will not be disappointed in their spectacular content.
@mariannewest A great community of the 5 minute freewrite, the ultimate cure for poster's writer's block

Thank you for the info about going to the fanbase to override the vote for certain authors. I've been considering joining @qurator (once I have enough STEEM :P ), and this was one thing I had been wondering about. And from what I've been reading, purchasing SP delegations seems to be the way to go (again, once I have enough STEEM XD).

Loving your trail so far! Everyone votes on each other and grows together! Though there's another thing I've been wondering, is there a way for my account to not autovote my own posts?

That's a great idea! Like I said here the qurator membership is costly but a real no-brain move if you are long here at all. The upvote I saw the other day was like 0.24 for my post? That is very good. Plus if you upvote (that's where you want to change your fanbase setting to them to vote at 24 minutes and 100%voting weight) their posts 7 days a week you can move like three tiers right away. So after about two months you are paid in and will see an uptick over time as they grow as well. With the price of steem dropping so much just recently the cost to pick up steem rented delegations are becoming very affordable as well. There are many angles on how you can pursue all of this and again, I am always happy to help. If you have not done so I would go over to the @greetersguild and introduce yourself to them. Find their most recent post and leave a comment like "Hi I am @aiyumi, cryptkeeper17 sent me to introduce myself." Also another really good hash tag to use on your posts in the near future for sure is newbieresteemday. It will get you a lot of exposure as well. On the self vote I have nothing for that because I am voting for your post, and your vote is following mine. Something you can do is remove it. It doesn't get your voting power back, I believe, but it does remove your vote on the blockchain. You can try it and see what you think if you want, lol I did that three times last week too.

Good news! I've made it into Qurator! Just published the English version of my post about it:
