Tomatoes

You can do so much thing with tomatoes, it tastes quite sweet, a little bit sour and lovely texture. So far I only met green and red tomatoes. Usually, we use green tomatoes as one of the main ingredients for Sambal Cabe Hijau aside from green chilies.

As for red tomatoes we often use it in many kinds of Sambals. The point is we need these tomatoes to give some light acidity to the food. I love it. Well, eat some fresh tomatoes is bliss you know. It's best if you can get the vegetables fresh. It gives some perfectly balanced flavors while eaten. Honestly, nowadays there is a demand for tomatoes in every household almost every day you know.
