This is what mother earth needs more and more, as there are so many people who are too lazy to walk just few meters further to find trash bin.
I see that all the time too. It sucks.
How hard is it to keep it in your pocket or hand until you see a waste bin? No matter where you live it's probably gonna end up in the ocean.
