How To Soften A Frozen Sausage For Proper Grilling (feat @steemychicken1 & @modeprator)
Here's a very cool and useful tutorial created by my steemit friends, @modeprator and @steemychicken1 on how to properly unfreeze a sausage and get it ready for grilling. Both of them have watched all seasons of Masterchef without losing a single episode so trust me, they know what they are talking about!

For the Greek-challenged, here's a translation of the tutorial:
@Modeprator: We caress it to help it unfreeze, using slow up and down movements. This, with the help of friction and the temperature of the water, helps the sausage to unfreeze uniformly and in the end release all the liquids its supposed to release during the grilling process.
@Steemychicken1: Can I touch it a bit? Is it hard?
@Modeprator: Yes it is, but it will soften.
@Steemychicken1: Yes, yes, yes...
@Modeprator: Touch the weiner to see!Op! It has started to soften! You see?
