Having some time for yourself is very important. Our daily routines do not allow us for much spare free time, but in order to be healthy we must always make time for ourselves. It is equally important to spend our personal time wisely.
I find it very relaxing going high places and enjoying the views. From Hilton roof garden you get a magnificent view of downtown Athens, the beautiful and famous Acropolis and in the horizon the blue sea then becomes almost one with the sky.
