Recipe for chicken pie by GLadiaTOM

Συνταγή για κοτόπιτα

We cook 3 onions and 2 cloves of garlic ...

Πρώτα τσιγαρίζουμε τα 3 κρεμμύδια με τις 2 σκελίδες σκόρδο...

add thyme ...

προσθέτουμε θυμάρι...

add with chicken mince, salt and pepper...
προσθέτουμε τον κιμά κοτόπουλο με αλάτι και πιπέρι...

add red peppers...

προσθέτουμε τις κόκκινες πιπεριές...

and the French salad...

και την γαλλική σαλάτα...

in a glass of boiling water add a chicken cube and after shuffling it, put in the pan...

σε ένα ποτήρι βραστό νερό προσθέτουμε ένα κύβο κότας και αφού το ανακατέψουμε, το προσθέτουμε στην κατσαρόλα...

add the rice and let the filling boil for about 15 minutes.

προσθέτουμε το ρύζι, το οποίο αφήνουμε να βράσει για 15 λεπτά περίπου.

Σε ένα ταψί και με την βοήθεια ενός πινέλου βάζουμε ελαιόλαδο...

τοποθετούμε ένα ένα τα μισά φύλλα της συσκευασίας και ενδιάμεσα λίγο ελαιόλαδο....

With a ladle, put the filling on the leaves...
με μια κουτάλα βάζουμε την γέμιση πάνω στα φύλλα...

at the end we add on our pie the leaves from the other half package, in the same way as before...

"Κλείνουμε" την πίτα μας με τα υπόλοιπα φύλλα, τα λαδώνουμε ένα ένα, αντίστοιχα με τα πρώτα μισά...

Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
Ψήνουμε για 30 λεπτά σε προθερμασμένο φούρνο στους 180°C.

`INGREDIENTS`

📌 For the stuffing:

• 1/2 kg. of chicken minced
• 1/2 kg. of French salad
• 3 onions
• 2 cloves of garlic
• olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme
• red peppers
• 1 chicken cube

`ΥΛΙΚΑ`

📌 Για την γέμιση:

• 1/2 κιλό κιμά κοτόπουλο
• 1/2 κιλό γαλλική σαλάτα
• 3 κρεμμύδια
• 2 σκελίδες σκόρδο
• ελαιόλαδο, αλάτι, πιπέρι, θυμάρι
• κόκκινες πιπεριές
• 1 κύβος κότας
