🍝 Pasta with minced meat, Yogurt, HONEY and vegetables!

INGREDIENTS

• 1/2 kg. minced meat
• 1/2 kg. Pasta
• 300 gr. Yogurt
• Honey
• mustard
• 1/2 kg mixed vegetables
• 3 onions
• 2 cloves of garlic
• olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme
• tommato juice
• 1 cube of meat
• white wine

ΥΛΙΚΑ

• 1/2 κιλό κιμά
• 1/2 κιλό μακαρόνια
• 300 γρ. Γιαούρτι
• Μέλι
• Μουστάρδα
• 1/2 κιλό λαχανικά ανάμεικτα
• 3 κρεμμύδια
• 2 σκελίδες σκόρδο
• ελαιόλαδο, αλάτι, πιπέρι, θυμάρι
• τοματοχυμός
• 1 κύβος ζωμός βοδινού
• λευκό κρασί
