• 1 kg. of wild greens
• mushrooms
• parsley
• mustard
• flour
• 3 onions
• 2 cloves of garlic
• olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme
• 2 lemons
• 1 cube chicken broth
• white wine

`ΥΛΙΚΑ`

• 1 κοτόπουλο
• 1 κιλό άγρια χόρτα
• μανιτάρια
• μαϊντανός
• μουστάρδα
• λίγο αλεύρι
• 3 κρεμμύδια
• 2 σκελίδες σκόρδο
• ελαιόλαδο, αλάτι, πιπέρι, θυμάρι
• 2 λεμόνια
• 1 κύβος ζωμός κοτόπουλο
• λευκό κρασί
