after a certain point it's a just a matter of ourselves. not the educational system or our families have to do anything about it. If you don't have the brain to understand what are your limits and what are you doing may harm others ( if you don't care about yourself) then i will be harsh and they deserve it.
I have lost friends from alcohol too, the worst part is to lose friends from alcohol that killed others under it. ( car crushes etc etc)
Of course it means that you have to think with the right mind and the right decision. But we can, with correct information, reduce the rate even a little!!
