Gratitude Day 30/62 - Corrections.

Merriam Webster defined Correction as

: the action or an instance of correcting: such as
a : amendment, rectification
b : rebuke, punishment
c : a bringing into conformity with a standard
d : neutralization, counteraction correction of acidity

Believe me if we don't have anyone to correct us we might just be in one place for the rest of our lives. Thanks to our mothers who took it upon themselves to instill discipline into us.
I wouldn't know how bad i will be now if I hadn't been corrected on lots of things, especially on how I can handle various materials even situations.

The art of Correction goes farther than a mother's beating or chatisement, it embodies a lot, in correction bad habit are rectified, rebuke is made and you are brought into conformity with the standard of things.

To really grasp what am saying just imagine after doing your homework the teacher marked it but there is no correction, how will the student learn the right calculations or solutions to it. Correction made a lot of us, I mean what we are today is a result of so many corrections made all along in life, remember that man is born a tabular rassa, he came into this world knowing nothing.

I am so grateful to God today that I have people to correct me, friends that can say the truth to my face and show me the true colour of things. Without them who knows I'll be making some terrible mistakes.

If we have curators that will correct a post and point out errors in there maybe we'll be having best selling authors by now, am happy that I can be corrected.
