Shifting Perception - Why It's Important

You walk into work and 2 people call out.

Knowing that you’re the only one left to close up the store, you quickly resort to anger.
You may cuss someone under your breath. Throw things, or even straight up leave.

But how’s acting upon your anger going to help? What will that accomplish besides causing more unnecessary chaos?

I want to talk to you about your perception on things. Things that may seem complex or difficult to deal with.

Kinda like people not showing up to work.

It can be easy to get caught up in anger and resentment when things like this happen, but what if we shift from a complaining energy to a more grateful one?

You’ll start to notice how when things happen on the outside, even in chaos, they can no longer affect you.

You’ve essentially created a shield of gratitude.

Which yes, gratitude CAN actually be a shield.

You see when you shift your perspective like this. It blocks out what anyone else does from affecting you negatively.

And instead of throwing stuff or cursing someone. You’re properly doing your job in a grateful mood. Doing your best to maintain that inner love.

Easier said than done, yes, but with a little bit of practice and self reprogramming you can most definitely accomplish this shift in consciousness.

The shift into a higher frequency of love.

Ya boy solar ❤️
