No woman has ever given birth to a child without first being pregnant. It is what she has carried in her womb that she will deliver after good nine months.
Also in life every one is pregnant with an idea. An idea to do something good or evil. An idea to better one's life and that of others but even as everyone has one idea or the other, it's not enough having an idea.

A pregnant woman does not just sit at home and deliver after nine months. There is what is called Antinatal where the baby in the womb is taken care of to ensure safe delivery.
Haven become pregnant with an idea. You must always seek ways to keep that idea alive. Don't try to allow situations surrounding you to make you loose that pregnancy that will give birth to something great.
Don't be limited and feel inferior that the idea you carry is not good enough to affect the lives of others. You did not come to this world to only add to the number in the world but to add your own quota of knowledge to make the world better. That idea of yours that has been conceived can be achieved
