Being sick just sucks in general , having chronic pain & accute pain along with it, BLAH!! I’m glad your on the mend, drink water & Rest!! Soon u will be back at it!! Thanks for sharing!!

Sometimes time and space are imperative to move forward and if we are not listening to our body then illness can strike to enforce a pause. These days I make doing very little, by moments, a priority!

I am so glad to see that you caught the flu! It has been particularly nasty this year. I think we all push the envelope here and try to keep up everything, but, we need to take care care of us too.
