Whenever I'm bored, I do write something.. And yeah, specially when i'm kind of down, I write down the things in life that I thank for! It's uplifting. Yes, @nikolina, I agree with that healthy meal stuff. It's true. It's rewarding to eat something great for the body. Blessings!
