Buenas tardes , compartiendo información con ustedes, cuando visito los mercados hacer compras de verduras y me toca la parte de las hierbas la primera que busco es el cilantro seria de terror que faltara en mi cocina, este contiene un potente sabor que le imprime a las comidas , por lo menos en las mía no falla , sobre todo en los hervidos. Esta hierba es utilizada a nivel medicinal para bajar los niveles de colesterol y azúcar.
