What is a Loyalty Program??
A loyalty program is a business marketing strategy employed by businesses and brands to encourage shoppers to return to stores where they frequently purchase goods and services. These brands or businesses offer incentives to the customers that make them keeping patronizing them.

The sides to loyalty programs.
It is now obvious that the whole purpose of Loyalty schemes or programs is to ensure that the customers keep coming back for more. The customers who if in the near future decide to come by the shop where they have rewards waiting to be redeemed , can now purchase goods at discount rates or whatever program the brand offers.
The upside to this concept of loyalty programs is that the customers surely gets rewarded and this creates an incentive for them to keep coming to that brand to make purchase. however, there is a downside. The rewards gotten at a store are only particular to that store or brand and this can become a problem when the customer seldom visits the place.

With the aforementioned downside to redeeming or collecting rewards from loyalty programs, a new platform Qiibee is here to bridge that gap.

WHAT IS QIIBEE??

Qiibee is a block chain based project that offers businesses and brands the opportunity to tokenize their loyalty programs and allow for it to be traded amongst other platforms.
Qiibee corrects the problem of loyalty programs by ensuring that customers can shop at any store with confidence knowing that their accumulated rewards can be used to shop in another location.

WHAT IT OFFERS TO THE BRANDS??

   Qiibee ensures that after creating a token system for a particular brand, the brand still has full control over it's customers.

The development kit helps brands set up loyalty programs and the brands have full control over the programs and customers.

The Application enables customers to manage their Loyalty Programs, get info on new programs and trade. All this happens on a single app. This app offers a great service to the brands because the brands can increase their customer base by making themselves visible and enlightening prospective customers on their offers .

PROGRAM SETUP
The program setup has two phases: Reward and Redemption.

REWARD
The reward scheme is designed in such a way that the brand decides the "when" and "how" customers are to be rewarded. The steps are as follows:
i. Brand sets a loyalty budget.
ii. Brands buy QBX on the public market.
iii. A smart contract to create loyalty tokens.
iv. Brand sends loyalty tokens to brand wallet.

REDEMPTION:

Redemption: The steps for the redemption of tokens are as follows.
i. A fixed redemption budget is set
ii. The loyalty tokens price is set.
iii. Customers redeem their loyalty tokens.
iv. Brand receives loyalty tokens and start with next reward.

HOW IT WORKS??
The qiibee wallet is the means by which our loyal customers can interact with our
ecosystem. The wallet to API communication is direct and this allows users to send and
receive loyalty tokens, exchange them with each other or trade them in for QBX tokens. The API is the bridge between wallet and the platform. it is also the means by which brands can join , and configure their loyalty program.

CONCLUSION
It is no doubt that loyalty programs are pivotal to the success of a brand, crypto currency and block chain are the new deal in world market and the Qiibee platform integrates all these to form a platform to reckon with.
