RE: "SLC21/WK1: Introduction to Gradients and Application."

in #graphics-s21wk13 days ago

Hello @impersonal thank you for participating in this week's lesson. We have assessed your entry and we present the result of our assessment below.

Feedback:

Task 1: You were able to define gradient and other types to the best of your ability, although i expected more in your definition and explanation, adding a visual representation for better explanation would have been super cool.

• **Task 2: You were able to clear show how you made your gradients and added colours to it. However the "a" part of the question says that you choose a single colour and then choose different shades of the same colour but am seeing two unrelated colour in your output as. The b and c part is quite cool...I'll just advice to be mindful of your colour choice

Task 3: You have clearly demonstrated how to make text gradients, your output is not bad, but I sure know it can be better...weldone.

Task 4: You referred to your cover image as your gradient design,if that is is it then I expected more aesthetics as touching that design of yours, hence the reason I gave you a sample myself. The colour combination seem not to complement the overall design, the text element having your username seem to be obscure as well...Finally, you didn't show the process that birthed the design.

In all, you did beautifully well and I must commend you for a job weldone. I hope you put in more effort in subsequent assignments.
