GRAFT– Marketplace Game Changer ?

GRAFT – Marketplace Game Changer ? My short answer is Yes, my reasoning is below.

Most people feel this way about Crypto Currency:

However, when I first heard about Graft I felt like this:

You had me at “Pay for Goods Instantly”

So why am I so excited by Graft?

• Ability for vendors to accept any approved Crypto Currency if they also accept Visa
• Ability to create coupons, Gift Certificates, Loyalty Rewards Programs, Store Credits etc
• Create “Credit” on the Blockchain
• Become a Lender and earn Interest
• Additional Anonymity and Privacy unlike other payment systems
• Send Money Free to Friends and Family

In a few previous Sales Related Blogs I’ve written on Steemit I spoke about “Bridging Features to Benefits” as well as “Overcoming Objections”. I will apply these topics to Graft to demonstrate how “GRAFT can change payment processing and how the world of cryptocurrencies can benefit from potentially being accepted at every Point of Sale at Stores”.

Very quickly, Bridging Features to benefits is all about telling someone about a feature something has and then “bridging” that feature to show them why that feature will benefit them. It’s one thing to go on about a product and then list all of it’s features but the real closer is showing them how those features will ultimately improve their bottom line. Thus Bridging the feature of the product and demonstrating it’s benefit to the Vendor.

Assuming I am making a presentation to a potential Vendor I would pick the following 3 features to highlight:

Speed of Transaction

No risk of Loss due to variance in Crypto Currency Trading Prices

Ability to create Store Credits, Rewards and Gift Certificates using Smart Contracts

Using these 3 features (of course as you investigate GRAFT you’ll see there’s many more but to keep the article shorter I narrowed them down to some of the most interesting to potential Vendors) I will Bridge them to the benefits to the Vendor I will also address overcoming their Objections as well.

In sales, you expect to hear NO. A good salesman will anticipate these objections and have counters ready to overcome them.

Many Vendors are extremely nervous about losing money on sales due to big swings in Crypto Currency Markets as well as the time it takes to complete transactions.

GRAFT has them covered.

Since GRAFT will ultimately work just like a Visa card, transactions will be Instant and GRAFT also Gurantees the price the customer pays is the price the Vendor will get.

“So Mr. Retailer, as you can see from the Features of Graft, transactions are instantaneous and the value is guaranteed, WHICH MEANS TO YOU (bridging verbiage) more sales with no additional risk.

In Addition you can also create your own Personalized Rewards System WHICH MEANS TO YOU not having to rely on another 3rd Party Vendor to work with to set those up, save money having to pay a 3rd Party and more flexibility on how the Rewards Program works. Of course this translates into repeat business and increased profit. Is this something you are interested in Mr. Retailer ?”

That last question is how you set them up for the sale, because of course they will answer YES.
One last major selling point for Retailers is that they can use the existing POS terminal they already have in place so no need to switch out hardware.

So no longer will the doubters of Crypto Currency be able to ask “What else can you do with Bitcoin or Where can you actually Spend it”?

GRAFT is a Solution to THE BIGGEST PROBLEM with Cryptocurrency in my opinion, which is how can we more easily spend it and buy the good and services we need in everyday life.

Once we can use our Crypto as easily as Fiat, that’s when Crypto will become mainstream.

I also have a suggestion for GRAFT... Find a way for members of Steemit to pay directly from their Steemit accounts to purchase during your ICO and you will be guaranteed quicker and additional sales WHICH MEANS TO YOU further interest from outside of Steemit from other investors due to competition and additional advertising WHICH WILL ULTIMATELY MEANS TO YOU more Merchants adopting your systems quicker. (Had to Bridge a feature to benefit one more time, could not resist).

They say Coffee is for Closers and I hope to be buying my first Coffee using GRAFT very soon!
