Bik Ismo is a street artist from Puerto Rico, active for more than twenty years. He's know for his very realistic chrome work. Impressive... He won in 2014 in Miami the best mural with a Metallic Dog (Bonus Pics).
In Montreal during the 2016 Mural Festival, he did this tango with futuristic airs (like the T-1000 decided to learn tango) :
