Born in 1976 in Paris, now based in Montreal, Turf One aka Jean Labourdette is a street-artist, illustrator, comic artist, painter. He started graffiti in the streets of Paris. His unique style looks like the 15th century Flemish Primitives.

This mural was painted in order to awaken the collective conscience against the new Montreal's law of segregation against specific breeds of dogs (like Pitbull). The law has been abolished since...
