Chips in action...Graffiti time!

My friend Chips is a street artist, graffiti enthusiast, hip-hopper, digital artist and a great humanist.
In this series I am going to share some of his art with all you Steemians. He knows about Steemit, but still has no time to join it. I hope that soon he will change his mind and share all his art with us. By that time, I am going to "steal" and share some of it. 😈
