It is easy to check a desktop or laptop computer graphics card. Just follow the following steps to check your windows 10 computer's graphics card:

Keep your mouse cursor on start
Click the right button of your mouse and click run
You will find an open box, type or copy-pest dxdiag
Now click ok, it will appear and pop up with your system information.
