Some peoples not going to the interviews. Beacause he is lose confidence. Without confidence you can not achieve your goals. You going to the interview and learn something and your confidence is very high. Valuable and helpful post. Thanks for sharing. @artguru.
I'm like one of those people you are talking about. When I'm asked to do a podcast I'm quick to find fault in my abilities to do the thing. So I fully understand what you are saying. Not many of us have confidence in our ability to take up a podcast invite.
