Random thoughts on government

Why does every form of governing system, doesn't matter what kind of religious or economical standpoint it have, doesn't matter if it's based on democracy, dictatorship or socialism, have failed in the long term.If it solve one problem, often ignore two others and create new three of them to sustain.

Why people from all around world agreed upon necessity of a central governing body which have repeatedly failed to asses it's own fallacy. One plausible answer can be we are by nature near sighted, focused on instant gratification.

I am sure, theoretically, a good government doesn't need to govern of it's people at all.
