Why am I writing such a post?
People take me lightly when I refer to several groups of people as being psychopaths or sociopaths (they're virtually the same). So I decided to do your research for you and provide the clinical medical traits quoted in Merck Manual of Medical Information.
I guess political correctness has even touched words like Psychopaths and Sociopaths. Now they're referred to as Antisocial Personalities. Doesn't that make you feel much better?
As I go through this I dare you to not think of cops (all law enforcement), judges, lawyers,
politicians, bureaucrats and govt employees in general.

Antisocial Personalities (aka Psychopaths and Sociopaths)
People with an antisocial personality, most whom are male, show callous disregard for the rights and feelings of others.
They exploit others for material gain or personal gratification. (Unlike narcissistic people who think they are better than others.)
Characteristically these people act out their conflicts impulsively and irresponsibly.
They tolerate frustration poorly, and sometimes they are hostile and violent.
Despite the problems or harm they cause others by their antisocial behaviors, they typically feel no remorse or guilt.

Rather, they glibly rationalize their behavior or blame it on others.
Dishonesty and deceit permeate their relation ships.
Frustration or punishment rarely causes them to modify their behaviors

These are the personality traits associated with aggressive narcissism which is also associated with antisocial personalities:

Glibness/superficial charm
Grandiose sense of self worth
Pathological lying
Cunning/manipulative
Lack of remorse or guilt
Emotionally shallow
Callous/lack of empathy
Failure to accept responsibility for own actions
There you have it. That describes nearly every cop (all law enforcement), judges, lawyers,
politicians, bureaucrats and govt employees in general.
See I told you. You have psychopaths and sociopaths controlling nearly every aspect of
your life. They steal from you in the form of taxes, licenses, permits, tolls, fines, etc,
with no guilt or remorse, and make you feel as if you have an obligation to pay them.
I hope you can see through their illusion now and join me in removing them from all
positions of power and authority.
Psychopaths and sociopaths- these are serious personality disorders. It's an interesting topic, but then you went and took entire groups of people and said that they are all sociopaths which is a ridiculous premise. Sociopaths can be found everywhere.

It's even simpler than that. Due to our evolution (we were hunter gathers of eighty or ninety percent of our species existence) we have some built in hardwiring. Dunbar's number is an example
"we" can only hold so many people in our minds as real. Generally speaking that number is a hundred (or so) That hundred are "us". When that number is exceeded they are "them".
In other words family, clan and tribe.
Beyond the tribe it all breaks down.
Insane in other words.
A chaotic system.
Chaos has no rules.
