RE: Government: warranter or enemy of freedom?
Government is coercion. Anyone who supports government is no respecter of liberty. How can one argue that a government, any government, is a defender of freedom, unless all of it's statutes are optional and voluntary? To have a law, that law must be enFORCEd. I emphasize the root of the word intentionally. Force. Is not the core principal of freedom the right to be the master of one's own destiny? This requires that one be free from coercion and force.
