What is the real reason the US gorvement is against Libra

When facebook anounc libra many thought it was finally time for crytos to enter mainstrem and be used by the mases. Let us dive itnto it.

What are advantages of all cryto
It make sending money to anywhere in the world easy.
It easy to open a cryto acount than a bank acount.
It can be used even in remote areas
It make it easy to do business in other countries
They are many more I can not mention them all.

So why many goverment are so against it especialy the US goerment. They claim that it will be used for crime perposes but crime happen even with viat currency so why?
