If freemasons have a secret plan part of it was establishing the wealthiest and freest country the world has ever known. Gosh wouldn't it be terrible if N Korea was remade in our image?
The N Koreans are broke half the time, so they sometimes put fake missiles and such on parade. The reason they want nukes is to save money, it costs a fortune to have the massive amount of conventional weapons and soldiers they maintain, a few nukes would do the same job at a fraction of the cost. Remember that a lot of the propaganda we see is also intended for domestic consumption, they need their people to always feel the threat from America to justify starving while building missiles. Part of that is showing their military might off, even if they fake it sometimes, it serves both the domestic and foreign goals they have.
