Wellll, that's a lot of money to be going around the block unaccounted for, you'd think if it WAS such a big issue 'to them' then they would think twice about how they went about spending or misspending some of the funds, but this is unrealistic, no?? Well, not for the average being, but for government officials there always seems to be an excuse or something else where attention needs focused. I just sit here reading this and SMH
