Are You The Govt's Bitch?

Do you advocate govt? Do you continue to want govt? Do you believe that govt "just is, always has been, and always will be" and so we should just accept it and make the best of it?

If you believe anything of the sort, you are a Statist. But even worse than that, you are very similar to a battered spouse who chooses to remain with their abuser. 

Think of govt in terms of a relationship. Your significant other (govt) makes promises to you all the time that they do not keep. They lie to you. You cannot trust in them. They tell you what you can and cannot do, and they make threats (that they actually follow through on eventually) about what will happen to you if you refuse to obey them or oppose them in any way. They cheat you, they steal from you, they hold you in submission and captivity through intimidation, punishment, and violence. They essentially rape you. They violate you psychologically/emotionally, and physically. 

SO.... what are you? Are you a Free Individual, or, are you the govt's battered spouse?
