About Gout.

Hello everyone.^^
I'm writing to share useful medical information.
Actually, I finished writing a while ago, but I didn't know. I pushed the eraser and it flew away. I spent a lot of time writing it, but it's painful to hear that I have to write it again. But I'll write it again with pleasure.

Today's topic is gout.
I'm sure many of you are suffering from gout. Because it's said that the pain is enormous enough. In fact, I've never experienced it before, so I can't tell how much pain it is.

Let me briefly explain about gout first. The causative substance that causes gout is uric acid. A substance called purine is metabolized by a number of enzymes, eventually producing a Uric acid. Due to several causes, the excess generation of uric acid and the reduction of uric acid emissions results in a high concentration of uric acid in the blood. High concentrations of uric acid form crystals that calm under the skin causing pain. In particular, the decision of uric acid is said to be well formed in low body temperature, and is usually composed in the toes, ankles, and knees.

Now that I know what causes gout, I'll explain why uric acid exists in the blood at a high concentration.
The first factor is the reduction of uric acid's excretion, causing serenity and consequently causing gout. The uric acid produced in our bodies has two emission paths. It's excretion through the kidneys and the intestines. Rather than being excreted in the form of feces through the intestines, consider that the route through the kidneys into the urine is the primary route. Most of the existing uric acid in the body is excreted by the kidneys. So if your kidney function is compromised and your excreted properly, you won't be able to get uric acid out of your body, and you'll be suffering from serene acidosis, right?
It is the most important factor that causes gout. A decline in kidney function is what causes gout.
Second, think about the increase in the number of purine metabolism and the increase in the intake of foods containing purine, causing serenatalemia and gout. But!!!!! The important thing here is that the growth of uric acid accounts for only 10 percent of the generation of gout. You can see that 90 percent of the causes of gout are kidney I mean, as many of you know, it's very rare to have gout because you eat a lot of chicken, beer, and fish. You know, it's absurd for a healthy person to control your diet to be careful of gout, right?^^

Now that you know the main cause of gout-causing silent acidosis, let's look at the factors that make gout worse. Especially! If you have a lot of gout, I hope you know it. Many of you know Chimac!!!!!!! That's right. Chicken and beer are foods that increase the risk of gout. Meat, including chicken, is at risk of causing gout, and beer also increases the risk of gout. Beer is not the best drink, and wine does not increase the risk of gout. It would be better not to drink, but it would be better to avoid beer and drink wine. Also, many of you know that the fish in the back!!!!!! Of course this also increases the risk of gout.
But!!!!!!!!What's important here is that all fish, including livid fish, increase the risk of causing gout, so we recommend that you avoid fish as much as possible. Also, carbonated drinks with high levels of fructose can aggravate gout, so reduce soda. I think spinach, beans, and mushrooms, which contain a lot of purine, will aggravate gout. But since they don't aggravate gout, you can eat as much as you like. Lastly, especially low-fat dairy products will reduce the deterioration of the gout, so you should also take the dairy products

I'll tell you about the drugs in particular.
There are drugs that can aggravate gout, such as tuberculosis medicine and heart medicine. So if you have gout and take the same medicine as the stomach, be careful. In particular, aspirin can aggravate and cool down gout depending on its capacity. If you're taking low doses of aspirin, the gout can get worse. We use low doses of aspirin to prevent blood clots, and I'm sure many of you are taking a lot of it, along with blood pressure pills and hyperlipidemia drugs. So if you have gout and you have recurrent symptoms, I think you should also check your medication. High doses of aspirin are used as painkillers, fever, and fire extinguishers, and the primary side effects are gastrointestinal bleeding and heartburn. These days, many of these improved drugs are available, so I don't think many people will take them, but high doses of aspirin are helping to relieve gout.

I think the above will be very useful information for gout sufferers. Of course, patients with diseases may know more. Many other people would be very happy if you told them that you had a gout in your family.

And the last time we did a blood test, if the level of uric acid is higher than 7 mg/dl, you can see it as still acidosis. But even if it's still acidosis, it's only about 10 percent gout-caused, so if you don't have any symptoms, you don't need to treat it. So don't worry too much and always be interested in your health, exercise hard and lead a healthy life to avoid the severe pain of gout.

Then I'm going to step down. We'll be back with more informative information next time.
Then, everyone, be healthy all the time.^^
