como rellenar un pescado / How to fill a fish / comenten haganme sentir bienvenido!

en este blog les voy a enseñar la forma correcta de rellenar un pescado.

1- Coloque el pescado sobre una tabla y con un cuchillo practique un corte profunde desde la cabeza hasta la cola.

2- con la punta del cuchillo separe la espina dorsal de la carne

3- cuando haya separado completamente la espina dorsal, cortela a la altura de la cabeza con una tijera.

4- Desprenda la espina dorsal completamente y cortela a la altura de la cola. saque las viseras y las escamas

5- lave bien el pescado debajo del agua de la canilla y sálelo por dentro. Coloque el relleno con una cuchara prensándolo bien.

6- Ate el pescado con un piolín, pasándolo varias veces al rededor del cuerpo.
