The googly accounts are almost exclusively used to upvote #GooglyEyes posts or reward engagement in the community.

I'd much rather see more interaction (and voting) for other googlyistas directly than receiving your delegation for these accounts, though. Especially considering your pockets aren't that well stuffed themselves.

Also, during dry periods like recently, the googly accounts often sit at or very close to 100% VP, so there's that, too.
