:D you can really post any time and your entry will always be considered for the next upcoming issue of the prize

The "until post payout" is really just a minimum time before new winners are picked... it sometimes takes me a day or two more before I get to post new winners and I always consider everyone that posted since the last winners were announced. Even in the rare case where someone posts an entry while winners are being selected, they will automatically be entering the next round.
